CCBA Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Cork County Badminton Association will be held in the Nagle Community College, Blackrock on Wednesday 15th May 2013 at 8 pm. Nominations for Council and any matter/motions for inclusion in the agenda of the AGM must be received by the Honorary Secretary by Wednesday 1st May 2013.

The CCBA Annual Dinner Dance will be held in the Silver Springs Moran Hotel, Tivoli, Cork, on Saturday 27th April 2013 8pm. Tickets, priced at €35, can be ordered (by 24th April at the latest) from Betty Thompson (087-6926205). Note that CCBA will not be responsible for any glasses/cups/trophies not collected on the night. Any club not attending the dinner must nominate a person to collect their trophies, BEFORE 27th April to the Honorary Secretary.

Please return any cups still in your club’s possession to John Nicholson or another Council member immediately. If you need extra glasses please forward details to: Aiden O’Driscoll, “Woodview,” Sallybrook, Glanmire, Co. Cork along with 15 euro per glass. Orders by post only with full payment enclosed. Orders for collection at the Dinner Dance must be received by 22nd April. Orders for collection at the A.G.M. must be received by 8th May. Orders after 8th May cannot be dealt with by CCBA.
